Our specialized capabilities include ultra-thin materials (as thin as 10 μm for some types), ultra-flat surfaces with a 1/10 wave accuracy, super polishing that achieves less than 10/5 scratch/dig, tight tolerances of ±0.5 μm, and a TTV of 0.5 μm.
