7070 Borosilicate Glass
7070 Lithium Potash Borosilicate Glass plates manufactured by Corning, 6.5" sq. and 4, 6 and 8 mm thick are wanted for immediate purchase by Valley Design Corp.
Valley Design Corp. manufactures microwave windows fabricated from Corning 7070 glass. Typical current production sizes range from about 4.50″x1.00″x0.10″ rectangular, to 0.190″x0.060″x0.006″ with full radius each end. Thickness tolerances of ± 0.0002″are provided when required.
Production levels of many thousands per week are routine, and smaller orders are priced realistically. Valley Design offers a complete line of polished Glass, Fused Silica and Quartz substrates and windows including precision grinding, lapping and polishing of all substrate materials –hard and soft.
